HannStar Board Acquires Director Seat in Career Tech

Flexible PCB (FPCB) maker Career Technology has elected a new member to its board of directors—HannStar Board's chairman Anthony Chiao—a move signaling a strategic partnership between the two firms.
With resources from the Walsin Group—the parent company of HannStar Board—Career will be able to expand its FPCB business into more markets and cooperate with HannStar Board to tap the upcoming 5G business opportunities.
Career chairman Chang-ying Tsai is optimistic about the two firms' collaboration and the company's private fund raising process has already completed. Career will now start making adjustments to its operation team and recruit new personnel to enhance the company's competitiveness.
