Zhen Ding Technology Holding Ltd, a Taiwan-based firm primarily engaged in the design, development, and manufacturing of printed circuit board (PCBs) including rigid PCBs, flex PCBs, HDIs, substrate-like PCBs (SLP), and rigid-flex PCBs, has posted sales of NT$16.69 billion ($547.24 million at $1:NT$30.50) for December 2022, down by 19.6% year-on-year (YoY) but up by 11.1% from the previous month.
Total sales for the fourth quarter reached NT$52.9 billion ($1.73 billion) down by 6% compared with the same period in 2021. For the whole of 2022, total sales reached 171.36 billion ($5.6 billion), reflecting an increase of 10.5% YoY.

Nanya Technology, Taiwan's biggest DRAM chipmaker, will apply for a permit to provide chips to ZTE. The company said it has been notified about restrictions on shipments to ZTE, and that the ban would have limited effect on its operation. The company said on May 9 that it is preparing to apply for a permit to continue shipping chips to ZTE Corp. as export restrictions took a new turn due to a US-China trade spat.
